Citi Golf Lucky Draw Rules

General Conditions:

1.  The competition is open to everyone except the Organisers and Management of Volkswagen of South Africa (Pty Ltd.

2.  Prizes are not transferable and may not be converted into cash.

3.  The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The draw will be audited by the external auditors of Volkswagen of South Africa (Pty) Ltd.

 

Special Conditions:

1.  The names of all entrants in the 105km and 46km events, the MTB events as well as the riders of the VW Cycle tour, 75km distance, will be entered in the competition.  The competition excludes the 20km fun ride as well as the 25km Volkswagen fun ride (Held in November 2007).

3.  Each qualifying race entry will be treated as a separate competition entry, provided that the entrant participates in the event.

4. The winner or his guardian (if the winner is a minor) is required to be in possession of a valid South African driver’s licence.  A minor must be duly assisted by his/her legal guardian to be eligible for the vehicle prize.

5. The winner and the guardian (if the winner is a minor) must be present at the draw, which will take place at the prize-giving after completion of the Herald VW Cycle tour.
